こんにちはみなさんボノです :)
前回で小学校編が終了しましたね！
今回は小学校生活の中でもキーワードである「英語」というものに焦点を当てて記事を書いていきたいと思います
３つ前の記事で「英会話」に行き始めたと書いたんですがみんな覚えてますか？
そうです！幼稚園の年長になってから行き始めたんですよね
皆さんちゃんと覚えてましたか？
もし覚えてたなら、素晴らしい！
覚えてなかったなら、読み込みが足りないということです（笑）
ではその後「英会話」をどのように学んだのでしょうか？
最初は週２回だったんですが、ある時期から３回の一つレベルの高いクラスへと移動になりました
２日は日本人の先生で１日は外国人の先生が担当してくれました
日本人の先生とはイラストカードを使って英語の単語を覚えたり、基礎的な文法を勉強しました
かわいいイラストだったので子供ながらに楽しみながら勉強できました（笑）
でも自分が一番楽しいと感じたときは外国人の先生が来る日です
時期によっていろんな先生が来てくれました
東南アジア、アメリカ、イギリスなどとにかく多種多様な先生がいました
でもどの先生にも共通しているものがありました！
それは「彼らが僕の知らない世界を知っている」ということです
当たり前といえば当たり前なのですが、自分にとって全く新しいものを見たり聞いたりすることに非常に楽しみを感じていたことを今でもよく覚えています
海外と日本ではどんな違いがあるのか、どんな食べ物をよく食べるのか、どんな音楽があるのか、など本当にいろんなことを教えてくれました
自分は小さいころから新しいものに対して常に興味を持つ性格だったので、先生の教えてくれることの全てが魅力的に感じました
こういう理由から僕にとって英会話の時間は自分の知らないことを知れるめちゃくちゃ楽しい時間、という位置づけでした
なので英語の勉強はすごく楽しくて一番好きな時間でした

Hello everyone! It's me, Bono.
In the last blog, we finished my life story in elementary school!
In this blog, let's focus on "English" when I was in elementary school
I mentioned when I started studying English 3 posts before.
Do you still remember that?
Yes! I started learning English when I became 6 years old!
If you remember that, congratulations!
If you don't, you gotta read my blog more carefully haha
Anyway, I explain how I learned English
In the beginning, it was twice a week, but later, it became three times a week since I moved to the class for a higher level.
For 2 days, a Japanese teacher had classes, and for a day, a teacher from a foreign country was in charge of the class.
With Japanese teachers, we learned basic vocabulary and grammar with cute picture cards.
Since the illustrations were so cute, I really enjoyed learning English. haha
But the days of foreign teachers were more exciting than those of Japanese teachers for me!
The teachers got changed every 3～6 months.
I met a variety of teachers there, for example, southeast Asia, America, Europe, etc.
But all the teachers had one thing in common!
It's the fact that they know something I don't have any idea at all!
It sounds too normal, but for me, I still remember the feeling when I heard, saw, knew brand new things.
I learned so much from them, for example, the difference between Japan and foreign countries, what they eat, what kind of music they listen to, etc.
Since I love to encounter something new and know more about it, Everything teachers told me was so interesting and fascinating to me!
Because of that reason, the time for the English conversation class was one of the most fun times for me.
